Once payment is made, order cancellations are not allowed. Refunds are only issued if startupism.co.in fails to deliver the service. In instances where a refund is sought by you, such as service delays solely caused by startupism.in or unsatisfactory service, a complaint email can be sent to us. A ticket will be generated, and our management will review the complaint. Refunds only cover the professional fees component of the charges paid. The management’s decision on refund eligibility is final. Refund requests are processed within 72 working hours, following the terms herein.

While we strive to meet the specifications and timelines of the service purchased, refunds are only processed under clear and visible discrepancy/deficiency in service, not for change of mind post-purchase. In certain cases, a credit note may be issued for use against other services at startupism.co.in. Refund requests should be made within 30 days of purchase or work completion, whichever is earlier, and approved refunds take a minimum of 15 business days to process.
